Leadership Team

Lisa Spinale
USA Pickleball Ambassador
Level 1 Referee
When the pandemic hit in 2020, Pickleball was Lisa's medicine. It allowed her to be outside and socially distant, laughing and smiling constantly, while meeting new people and spending time with family and friends.
Over the past 5 years, Lisa has had the pleasure of playing Pickleball both socially and competitively, participating in many tournaments. Her goal is to make pickleball accessible and enjoyable for everyone regardless of age and skill level. When Lisa is not on the courts, you will see her on the golf course or spending time with her 4 grandchildren, the biggest joy in her life.
Kate Dinsmore
Kate is an event management professional with a passion for health and wellness and is honored to be a part of Marblehead Pickleball.
Kate first played pickleball in her driveway with her husband and two children in 2020. Using paddle tennis racquets, a tennis ball, and garden stakes with a rope across for a net, she has a grass roots appreciation for the sport. Kate loves that this sport has a quick learning curve and can bring newcomers and experienced players together for exercise and community. She is excited to contribute her time and passion to promoting the development and growth of pickleball in Marblehead!

Tony Mongiello
Tony started playing pickleball in 2023 and enjoys the active competition, the camaraderie, and the scheduling flexibility. In 2024, he participated in both the Fund the Field and Move4Heather fundraising tournaments, co-captained a summer league team, and joined the Marblehead Pickleball Leadership team. Professionally, Tony has two decades of strategy development experience at Accenture, a global consulting firm. He is passionate about helping organizations achieve high performance, a skill he also employs with Marblehead Pickleball. Tony resides in Marblehead with his wife Jackie, daughter Sierra, and son Mason.
Anne Tassel
A lifelong Marblehead resident, Anne is thrilled that pickleball has become such an integral part of the Marblehead community, and she is equally grateful to serve on the Marblehead Pickleball Board. When she's not playing pickleball, thinking about playing pickleball or watching pickleball videos, Anne can be found taking walks along Marblehead Neck, volunteering at various organizations, working out (to keep fit for Pickleball) or photographing her quaint seaside town. Anne's hope is that Marblehead Pickleball continues to be a safe and welcoming space for residents to connect, compete and just have a really great time.
